What is it about?
The FAA uses Traffic Flow Management (TFM) actions to address airspace congestion, but current tools often focus on localized impacts. This research introduces a National Airspace System-wide network model and resilience metric to help Traffic Managers evaluate TFM strategies more broadly, using historical and real-time data to predict how delays will evolve given those strategies.
