The aviation electric fuel pump, characterized as a multi-domain complex system, exhibits a highly integrated functional structure that complicates traditional design methodologies, which often fail to adequately address the interdependencies among various components. This paper proposes an MBSE-driven design method for aviation electric fuel pumps, with a focus on multi-domain collaborative design and cross-domain performance optimization. The proposed method incorporates both causal and non-causal modeling techniques and conducts a comprehensive analysis of the system's multi-domain attributes.
