Piezoelectric-Actuator De-Icing Array Design Based on Structural Vibration Modes

What is it about?

Piezo-actuator de-icing array design is an important aspect when inducing the mechanical vibrational de-icing system on aviation equipment. We introduced a de-icing array design framework considering the positioning laws of actuators and adhesive bonding layer thickness control. Successful de-icing results in ice wind tunnel show the feasibility of the piezo-actuator array design framework.
