What is it about?
Predicting the aerodynamics of 3D wings at high angles of attack requires time-consuming computations or experimental campaigns. We present an augmentation to a simple potential-flow method that enables it to accurately predict the loads acting on wings, the flow-separation patterns seen on the upper surface, and the shape of the separated boundary layer behind the wing.
