What is it about?

A novel anti-icing approach using the surface dielectric barrier discharge plasma actuator driven by high alternative current voltage (AC-SDBD) was developed recently. The configuration of the multi-SDBD actuators is optimized for anti-icing over NACA 0012 airfoil model and tested in the icing wind tunnel.
