What is it about?

Transient flow features and effects of fluid-structure interaction can cause severe loads and damages in rocket engine nozzles. Different mechanisms contributing to the overall aeroelastic stability of a scaled nozzle experiment were isolated and investigated in detail by comparison to simplified setups.
