What is it about?
The dual-bell nozzle (DBN) is a potential candidate for companies and state agencies to decrease their earth-to-orbit launching cost. We show that it is possible to alleviate the DBN drawbacks and improve its efficiency up to a certain limit by using a radial secondary injection in the extension section of the nozzle.
