What is it about?

At hypersonic speeds, vehicles are subjected to intense pressure fluctuations and heat due to transitional and turbulent boundary layers. This can be harmful to the vehicle and may even lead to catastrophic failure. We have developed a new flow control method designed to delay or prevent the development of turbulent flow, thereby reducing the harmful effects associated with it. Our approach aims to improve the safety and performance of high-speed vehicles.
