What is it about?
Atmospheric entry vehicles undergo substantial deceleration during entry and descent, leading to oscillations in the low supersonic to subsonic regime. The amplitude of these oscillations can either increase or decrease, contingent upon the stability characteristics of the vehicle. This study proposes a new framework to identify and analyze the stability characteristics of the vehicle.
