What is it about?

A concept is presented for a crewed mission to Mars orbit in 2033 using current technology space vehicles and systems. Taking advantage of a unique planetary alignment that only occurs every 15 years, the total mission duration would be 570 days and would also include a flyby of Venus before returning to Earth.
