What is it about?

A neural network is trained to provide an accurate evaluation of hybrid rocket engine's internal ballistic starting from high-quality numerical simulations. The results are used for accelerating the design of a VEGA-derived three-stage launch vehicle, where the HRE replaces the last two stages of the original four-stage rocket.
