What is it about?

Architecting Earth observation systems poses greater challenges as user requirements become more stringent. This paper proposes a design-oriented optimization methodology and its application to a Marine Weather Forecast use-case. The resulting distributed architectures complement existing Copernicus assets an meet some of its uncovered demands.
