Smart Projectile Parameter Estimation Using Meta-Optimization

What is it about?

Existing methods for determining the characteristics of smart projectiles may not be accurate for new projectile systems. We propose a new method which combines multiple optimization methods to accurately estimate these characteristics based on simulated flight test data.
