The software we've researched here expresses functionality that I've always wanted in my own engineering work. I've always wanted quicker ways to develop mathematical models of engineering phenomena without needing to throw the model away and start again because I was just "prototyping". I've always wanted to be able to see the results of those models and their effect on the whole system as quickly as possible. This software offers that potential as well as the ability to scale to realistic sizes as the system you're building becomes a reality.
