Why is it important?

Heat transfer enhancement through convective straight fins fins with arbitrary constant cross section area at micro- and nano-scales utilizing a non-Fourier model of heat conduction is analyzed.


A complete analytical approach for the Dual-Phase-Lag non-Fourier heat conduction model is obtained through Laplace transform method and inversion theorem.
