What is it about?
It is objective to reflect the safety level of the structure by taking the time into consideration and studying the time-dependent reliability. Moreover, the safety lifetime analysis under the required time-dependent failure probability constraint can provide support for ensuring the service safety and formulating the maintenance plan of the structure. At present, there still lack efficient methods for searching the safety lifetime under required time-dependent failure probability constraint, especially in case of small required time-dependent failure probability constraint usually required by engineering application. We propose an efficient method for analyzing the safety lifetime under the small required time-dependent failure probability constraint.
