Propeller Ground Effect in Forward Flight

What is it about?

The fixed-pitch propeller performance in ground effect forward flight is investigated and the propeller changes in thrust generation and power required are evaluated. Changes in propeller performance are found with different flow fields observed in the ground effect. The difference is also found at different incidence angles. A proposed method is introduced to account for the effect of propeller incidence angle in the ground effect.
