What is it about?

Specifying the vibration levels that onboard equipment must be able to withstand throughout their life is a critical step in aircraft design. We propose a data-driven methodology that leverages the high sample rate flight test accelerometer data to produce a predictive model. This work has notable applications in anomaly detection and vibration flight envelope opening.
