What is it about?
Wall-modeled large eddy simulation (WMLES) is expected to improve accuracy of the computational fluid dynamics for aircraft aerodynamic design. We propose quantitative guidelines related to the model parameters and grid resolution to ensure the accuracy of the WMLES with a second-order accurate upwind scheme.
