What is it about?
A closed-form Greenberg theory combining surge, pitch, and plunge to achieve lift equivalence and cancellation is introduced. The two dimensional, planar potential flow theory is compared to experimental, first harmonic lift measurement, and dye visualization as a first-step unsteady solution.
