What is it about?
Wing morphing can maximize the energy efficiency by changing the shape of the airplane wing actively according to various flight conditions and modes. We investigate detailed design criteria for morphing wing skin through finite element simulations and evaluate conventional lattice structures for the usage of morphing wing skin.
