What is it about?
This paper addresses a drone delivery problem in consideration of the wind and develops a specific drone delivery model with recharging based on graph theory. Given the delivery model developed, this paper suggests a deep neural network framework and uses the deep reinforcement learning to find the optimal policy for the drone delivery problem. The performance of the proposed approach is demonstrated via numerical simulation and comparison with existing well-known approaches.
