Distributed Absolute and Relative Estimation of Spacecraft Formations

What is it about?

For missions utilizing large spacecraft formations, each spacecraft may not be able to track or communicate with all other spacecraft. We develop algorithms that enable each spacecraft to autonomously estimate the state of all spacecraft in the formation in presence of local observability and communication constraints.
