What is it about?

X-ray pulsar is a product when a star comes to its endtime. Given that the spinning period of pulsar is extremely stable, the timing information of pulsar can be employed to help spacecraft find their positions in the space. In this note, we determine the orbit of Insight-HXMT and NICER using the real Crab pulsar data from the above two satellites. The stastical linearization is introduced into the classical batch orbit determination framework to overcome the impact of truncation error which is within the classial batch orbit determination method.
