What is it about?

This work presents the results of the design of a thermoelectric Ice Protection System (IPS) for the rotor blade of the Leonardo Next Generation Civil Tiltrotor. The design encompasses parting strip, de-icing zones, and thermal verification of the blade for both the primary and the secondary IPS system.
