What is it about?

This article describes a thermal type electric propulsion made by 3D printer and its demonstration. 0.2-mm-thick, 6-cm-high wall structure was realized by Inconel 718. As an extrapolation from the experimental results, a specific impulse of over 700 s can be expected with a tungsten heater and hydrogen propellant.
