What is it about?
A study on time resolved dynamics of two phase, shear coaxial flames subjected to acoustic forcing at liquid rocket relevant conditions. The study focuses on how the natural occurring instabilities present in shear coaxial flames are influenced by transverse, acoustic forcing, mimicking the combustion instabilities that a rocket combustion chamber can experience.
