What is it about?

This paper outlines a spacecraft mission to 1,000 AU as an interstellar precursor mission. It is unique in that it is designed to be driven by an inertial confinement fusion engine. Such a mission may become possible in the 2050-2070 timescale. Calculations are shown for the appropriate design space for such a mission and further calculations illustrated to permit further iteration of the design towards a more plausible system.
