What is it about?
High accurate space observation is very important to understand planetary configuration and to find Earth-like planets. To increase accuracy of space observations, disturbances should be suppressed. Among the disturbances, vibration and heat generated by equipment on space telescopes degrade the observation accuracy. In the submitted paper, our proposed contactless disturbance isolation system is presented. Especially, vibration suppression performance of the proposed system are evaluated experimentally and numerically. Feasibility of the proposed system is discussed in the paper.
