Analysis of Turbulence Model Uncertainty for Shock-Wave/Boundary-Layer Interaction Simulations

What is it about?

This paper investigates the impact in hypersonic turbulent boundary layer and shock wave interaction simulations due to the uncertainty of the closure coefficients in three commonly use turbulence models. A set of closure coefficients, for each model, are identified as being most significant to several quantities of interest and are consistent with similar studies for different flow regimes.
