What is it about?

We present a model for the simulation and estimation of a clock (Chip Scale Atomic Clock) in space. The clock states are estimated alongside the spacecraft position and velocity. Thermal variation errors are simulated influencing the clock signature and estimation methods are implemented to mitigate these effects.
