What is it about?

An improved orbit theory for regularized satellite orbit propagation has been developed in this paper. Comparative analysis with other accurate methods has been done.

Why is it important?

The orbit theory developed in this article can be easily implemented in on-board orbit propagation algorithms. This shall be useful for small and miniaturized spacecraft where size constraints drive extreme subsystem budgeting.
