What is it about?

This is the editor's introduction to the special issue of eTropic. The issue draws together papers concerned with the life of cities in the tropics and how they are conceived through the imagination. The collection of papers includes topics on: architecture, design, creative industries and economies, circular economy, neoliberalism, displacement, heritage, urban myths, narratives, cultural and natural landscapes, sustainable practices, and everyday life.

Perspectives
