What is it about?

This study investigates the relationship between Total Quality Management (TQM) and innovation in companies. TQM refers to the continuous improvement of products and services, while innovation refers to the creation of new and improved products, services, operations, and other items. The study examines thirteen TQM tools and five innovation measurement factors, using two methods of data analysis.

Our findings indicate that TQM has a positive impact on innovation, suggesting that companies should focus on improving their products and services in order to enhance their innovative capabilities and also improve their chances of success.
