What is it about?
It focuses on the approaches of toughen the use of various remote sensing methods in estimating the charge of human encroachment undermined forest reserve, due to the fact research have proven that the earliest Forest Reserves in Southwest Nigeria are importantly influenced with the aid of urbanization and anthropogenic activities. There is however no consensus in the literature on the rate of deforestation in most of existing forest reserves in the region, often because of poor resolution of the optical remote sensors used to acquire the images

Why is it important?
This study examined and determined the capability of data for deforestation assessment in tropical forest reserve in south west Nigeria, thereby providing a template for a complementary use of the commonly available optical imageries.
Perspectives
Writing this article was a tremendous pleasure as it has co-authors with whom I have had long standing collaborations. This article additionally helps me to connect with super students and that was wonderful. It had energetic worried me at once in rare analyze statistics and deforestation research.
