What is it about?

This paper approximates AIXI, the most general but not computable model of AI, in the most general but computable way.

Why is it important?

The proposed model is good for discussing human intelligence, because it has extremely general intelligence and at the same time it can exist in the real world.

Perspectives

This paper is about artificial intelligence, but I think this paper is also interesting as an application of exact real arithmetic, that is the field of techniques of how to deal with real values exactly on computers. Implementation of the proposed model can make good student projects.
