This article presents a brief scale to measure traditional cultures based on cultural artifacts (understood in a broad sense). The traditional organizational culture refers to the maintenance of conventional practices and customs, which are still present in many organizations today. This scale has proven to be useful to increase the employee involvement, to develop systems for the prevention of occupational risks, and to implement programs to reduce absenteeism.
