What is it about?
Overweight persons were judged less desirable as supervisors than were average weight persons. Women judged overweight female managers more harshly than did men. Overweight managers were more likely than others to be viewed negatively for pointing out their personal accomplishments. The highest rated managers were males who were not overweight and shared credit for their accomplishments.
