What is it about?

In this interview with Cédric Fluckiger, Professor of Education Sciences at the French University of Lille, conducted by Luís Manuel Bernardo, Daniel Bart and Teresa Teixeira Lopo, the dialogue between the four researchers covers a number of topics, among which we highlight: the critical questioning of the discourses of authority on the classroom functioning and practices and also on educational research itself, the discourse of school actors on what is presented to them as an innovation or solution by institutional or technological discourses, the transition of researchers between different spaces of knowledge production and, also, the role of pedagogic research and the possibilities of affirming the specificity of its scientific discourse when faced with the reductionism of discourses centred on the search for proof of effectiveness.
