What is it about?

Open disclosure is the prooves of open and honest discussion between a clinician, the patient, and family when an adverse clinical occurs while the patient is in care or treatment. While this is a mandatory process in many developed countries, it has not been made so in Singapore. This publication shows some reasons for this.
