Staying Below the Radar: A Call to End Discrimination

What is it about?

Discrimination has been a pervasive issue in our culture. In this editorial, I illustrate several experiences during my pediatric residency program that translate into discrimination. This is meant to help spark conversations about discrimination in the education system, and not to place blame onto any one person.
