What is it about?
Using the Diactive-1 app for resistance training helped children and adolescents with type 1 diabetes lower their daily insulin needs and increase muscle strength. The intervention was safe, with no increase in hypoglycaemic events. Diactive-1 could be a valuable support tool for diabetes management.
