What is it about?
Our meta-analysis shows that adherence to multiple low-risk lifestyle behaviors including healthy bodyweight, healthy diet, regular exercise, smoking abstinence and light alcohol consumption is associated with an 80 percent reduction in the risk of type 2 diabetes.
