Flexor Tendon Tenotomy Treatment of the Diabetic Foot: A Multicenter Randomized Controlled Trial

What is it about?

In this study we show that the simple procedure of needle flexor tendon tenotomy increased healing of ulcers associated with hammertoes and protected against incurring new ulcers on hammertoes for individuals with diabetes.
