What is it about?

Gestational diabetes is a known risk factor for neonatal hypoglycemia. We examined risk factors associated with neonatal hypoglycemia and found that women with gestational diabetes who deliver before 37 weeks and those who receive glyburide may be at higher risk for having an infant affected by neonatal hypoglycemia.
