What is it about?
We tested a long-acting version of LEAP2, a natural blocker of the hunger hormone ghrelin, and found it reduces body weight in obese mice by lowering food intake while maintaining energy use. When combined with semaglutide, it may further enhance weight loss and reduce weight regain.
