What is it about?

Continuous glucose monitor (CGM) use is associated with improved hemoglobin A1c (HbA1c) outcomes and quality of life in adolescents and young adults with diabetes; however, CGM uptake is low. Using quality improvement methodology, 10 centers in the T1DX-QI, a quality improvement collaborative in the United States, increased CGM use from 34% to 50%.
