What is it about?

Monte Carlo simulation is a method for sample survey that uses random numbers to express uncertainties of various physical values. But, there are some physical values whose uncertainties are difficult to generate randomly. Aerodynamic derivative is the one of them. Because its slope must be randomly generated but its bias is varied at the same time, and it is not possible to change the slope only. This paper proposes how to generate the uncertain derivative(slope) and bias rationally based on the real physical phenomenon.
