What is it about?
In this article I have criticized the the arguments adavanced by Amartya Sen in his article on Darwin's view of progress.I have shown that Sen's view on Darwin was based on his selective reading of the Origin of Species.

Why is it important?
My article is important because I challenged Amartya Sen on his interpretation of Darwin which he first proposed in his Darwin lecture at Cambridge University.
Perspectives
My perspective was Darwin's view was quite compatible with modern environmental preservation which Amartya Sen overlooked.
