Why is it important?
Leadership is a practical skill, highly valued by employers but often not formally taught in tertiary curricula. This programme was developed to address the lack of leadership education and to provide students with theoretical and practical knowledge and experience of leadership.
Perspectives
The programme began within one student cohort and was so successful that it became offered to other student cohorts around Australia.
